In the heart of the Smoky Mountains Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville provide an abundance of attractions for guests to enjoy. Whether it’s shopping, amusement parks, water parks, or dinner shows we have it. If you’ve come for the beauty of the area you can enjoy the over one hundred hiking trails the Smoky Mountains has to offer, or enjoy a scenic drive through cades cove.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

The location of the Smoky Mountains means that each and every season here comes with its own distinct benefits. For many visitors, that offers the opportunity to make several visits a year, and enjoy distinctly different experiences.

Regardless of the season you visit in, make sure you prepare yourself accordingly. If you’re coming in the summer, make sure you pack bug repellent as you’ll need it to stave off the black flies. And if you’re here in the early spring or late fall, bring plenty of warm clothes as the evenings can be chilly.

CLIMATE

TEMPERATURES

Daily winter temperatures can range from 30-50, but don’t be surprised if you wake up and it’s 20. In the summer we see 70-90. Depending on your location, you may be well protected by trees.

SNOWFALL

Even though we are in the mountains, we usually only see an average of nine inches of snow a year.

RAINFALL

Prepare yourself for rain if you are coming in the summertime, as it generally rains every few days, and usually for several hours at a time. The winds can be strong, too, so come prepared.
